Broccoli and Sesame Quinoa Salad

2 tsp. (10 mL) sesame seeds

1 can 3.5 oz. (106 mL) Bonduelle Mini Cans QUINOA

1 cup (250 mL) broccoli florets

1/2 cup (125 mL) julienned vegetables of your choice (broccoli stalks, peppers and/or carrots)

1 tsp. (5 mL) toasted sesame oil

1 tsp. (5 mL) soy sauce

2 tsp. (10 mL) rice vinegar

1 small clove garlic, finely chopped


In a small skillet over medium heat, toast sesame seeds, stirring frequently.
