

Corn, cherry tomato quinoa salad

Ingredients
1 can 3.5 oz (106 ml) Bonduelle QUINOA Mini Cans
1 can 3.5 oz (106 ml) Bonduelle CORN Mini Cans
3/4 c (180 ml) cherry tomatoes, halved
2 bocconcini, quartered
2 tbsp (30 ml) sliced olives
1 tbsp (15 ml) freshly chopped basil
1 tbsp (15 ml) balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp (15 ml) olive oil
Salt and freshly ground pepper
Preparation
In a bowl, mix all ingredients, season to taste and enjoy.
