

Kidney bean, corn and mango salad

Ingredients
1 can 3.5 oz (106 ml) Bonduelle RED KIDNEY BEANS
1 can 3.5 oz (106 ml) Bonduelle CORN
1/2 c (125 ml) cucumber, cut into semi-circles
1/2 c (125 ml) mango, chopped
1/2 c (125 ml) cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
1 ½ tbsp (22 ml) freshly chopped basil
2 tsp (10 ml) lime juice
2 tsp (10 ml) olive oil
Salt and freshly ground pepper
Preparation
In a bowl, mix all ingredients, season to taste and enjoy.
