Ingredients

1 bag Bonduelle Rotini Alfredo OR Penne Marinara

1 mini-can Bonduelle corn

3 or 4 slices of cooked bacon, chopped

1 or 2 sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped

2 tbsp (30 ml) your choice mixed fresh herbs (chives, cilantro, parsley, basil, etc.), chopped

grated Parmesan to taste

freshly ground pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. Open the bag of pasta.
  2. Add corn, bacon and sun-dried tomatoes.
  3. Microwave for 3 minutes.
  4. Stir, add herbs and cook 1 to 2 more minutes.
  5. Stir again and pour onto a plate.
  6. Sprinkle with Parmesan and pepper.
