

Pasta with bacon and corn

Ingredients
1 bag Bonduelle Rotini Alfredo OR Penne Marinara
3 or 4 slices of cooked bacon, chopped
1 or 2 sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped
2 tbsp (30 ml) your choice mixed fresh herbs (chives, cilantro, parsley, basil, etc.), chopped
grated Parmesan to taste
freshly ground pepper, to taste
Preparation
- Open the bag of pasta.
- Add corn, bacon and sun-dried tomatoes.
- Microwave for 3 minutes.
- Stir, add herbs and cook 1 to 2 more minutes.
- Stir again and pour onto a plate.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan and pepper.
