If it states: Use by: 10/29/2019 or 10/31/2019, they should not be consumed.


Since the expiration date was three weeks ago, these products should no longer be in circulation.


There have been no reported illnesses associated with the consumption of these products in Canada, and we apologize for any inconvenience this situation may have caused you.


The warning was triggered by an advisory by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) about romaine lettuce grown in the Salinas Valley, California (United States) region. Canadian and American authorities are closely monitoring the situation.
