Rotini with peas and smoked salmon

1 bag Bonduelle Rotini Alfredo

1/2 c (125 ml) Arctic Gardens frozen sweet peas

1 green onion, chopped

2 oz (60 g) smoked salmon, sliced

1 tbsp (15 ml) your choice mixed fresh herbs (dill, parsley, chives, basil, mint, etc.), chopped

freshly ground pepper, to taste

1 lemon wedge


  1. Open the bag of Rotini Alfredo.
  2. Add peas and green onions.
  3. Microwave for 3 minutes.
  4. Stir, add smoked salmon and dill and cook 2 to 3 more minutes.
  5. Stir again and pour onto a plate.
  6. Season with pepper and serve with a lemon wedge.
